My parents are HOME and we enjoyed a family reunion!

They made it home and we enjoyed a 5 day reunion at Pinewood resorts by Duck Creek Village up Cedar Mountain.
This was our funny face picture...but I think it just turned out goofy!  I guess that is us in a nutshell.  Notice the date was on the 13th...my parents anniversary...35 years this year!  I am so proud of them for serving a mission!  They truly are pioneers in this day by giving all they had to the Lord.

We enjoyed some fun activities that included hiking, marshmallow shooter wars, crafts, games, a pinata and so much more.  We really had a great time.  Here's the pics in no particular order...
Enjoying auntie Jerbear time!

Jenn and Joy ready to go!  Watch out...they actually did leave welts!
I love that in the above pic, Mckelle is trying to shoot hers and then in the below pic she got hit.  It was just fun for ALL ages!

Crafts
We all brought a service project to be done that we would take back to our communities.  Just for my memories...we made snack bags for the food bank, sock monkeys for the NICU, rice bags for home and hospice patients, wrote letters to missionaries, and colored bags that would be filled with dog food for a dog shelter.  The above picture is a quilt that Joy made for my parents and we had the grand kids hand prints put on while at the reunion.

My sistas...Judee, Jamee, Jennifer, Joy, and Jereelyn
So glad that my parents are home and that we were able to soak them up for a few days!

haha! I love the picture of Mckelle's face when she got hit. It looked like she was thinking, "Ow.....I wasn't expecting it to feel like that"
Looks like you guys had a great time...it's so good to be with family isn't?
