I can't believe it's been over a month

So in no particular order...here is what we have been up to...
A visit from Aubree...the kids loved having their cousing here to play with all day and night for almost a week.
For FHE one night we played the candy bar game...it is a GREAT game to teach sharing and recognizing others feelings.

EASTER egg hunts...friends, family, and city

After the city hunt, my boys couldn't help but go out on the dock!  We all can't wait until we can get the canoe out for some fun!
We also spent some time at our local grocery store doing their egg hunt...the kids loved wearing the bunny ears!
 Easter morning before church

Instead of materializing the bunny, we took our kids out the friday before Easter and spoiled them with one thing that they have been wanting for a long time.  For Jace, it was a new, bigger bike.  And for Mckelle it was getting her ears pierced...which she was so brave!
Before...such a brave girl, since she knew it would hurt!
So fun for both kids.

A TRIP TO CEDAR CITY TO SEE THE EGGETTS

We went over General Conference (which was fabulous...as usual)!  It was great to see The Eggett's and of course Pudge and Simba.  While we were there Brett helped his Dad rock the fireplace in the basement.  Didn't it turn out nice?

I think that about sums up what we have been up to minus stuff like work, laundry, having a cold, trek activities and hikes, and of course...more late night thesis work!   We should all celebrate because Brett was granted an extension until September 15th!  Most of you know how much stress this takes off of us.  And as of today...we are putting the final touches on the introduction and will only have the conclusion left!
